Following her careful guidance, John makes his way to the neighboring country and undergoes this miraculous surgery. However, he soon discovers that the so-called new treatment is actually a scam, and everyone around him is part of the fraud ring. Furious, John seeks out Amanda and a detective to exact bloody revenge on Cecilia and her gang...
