In a critical moment, General Shard (played by Ed Lauter), the leader of the 6th Combat Team, along with several soldiers, lured the Zerg away, ordering Houghton (played by Jason-Shane Scott) and Sandy’s remaining fighters to seek refuge at the nearest Zulu Point outpost. Previously, this outpost had been abandoned, with all personnel dead except for a single lieutenant who survived. In this isolated place, the soldiers made their final stand...
