Intro： Dreamy Lala MagicMihoko Shihara (voiced by Reiko Ōmori) is a cute nine-year-old girl who, by chance, encounters the time memory fairies Pigu and Mogu. The two fairies give Mihoko a magical paintbrush and sketchbook, and thus she gains the amazing ability to bring the objects she draws to life. Using her magic, Mihoko transforms herself into 15-year-old Lala (also voiced by Reiko Ōmori) and is discovered by a talent scout on the street, leading her down the path of becoming a model. After that, Mihoko, in the form of Lala, rises to fame and gains a large number of fans, even holding her own personal concert. In an accident, Mihoko loses the paintbrush and sketchbook, and the fairies Pigu and Mogu, who had been helping her, also disappear due to their magical powers running out. Heartbroken, Mihoko meets her former makeup artist, Komi, who surprisingly recognizes that the girl before her is Lala.
