Intro： A city leaning amidst the flowers.Adapted from the novel "I Fell in Love with a Flower Demon" by Lan Jing. Gu Qingcheng (played by Li Linfei), a small flower cultivator from the 'Flower Capital' Pingcheng, inhales the 'flower spirit' while healing a white peony, guided by a mysterious firefly. This white peony turns out to be the half-demon Lu Gengyun (played by He Changxi), who has existed for a thousand years. Following her father's last words, Gu Qingcheng has been determined since childhood to revive 9,999 flowers and wait for the Flower Immortal to take her to heaven to meet the person she longs for. That night, Lu Gengyun awakens in a huge white peony flower, leading Gu Qingcheng to firmly believe that he is the Flower Immortal, and thus she becomes his disciple. Lu Gengyun, in the quest to uncover the truth behind his parents’ wrongful case and find a way to extract the flower spirit, must disguise his identity and stay by her side, biding his time. Little did they know that Gu Qingcheng is actually the feared 'flower thief'... After experiencing a series of magical events, the two gradually come to understand each other. However, faced with the cycle of fate and the appearance of the true Flower Immortal (played by Wang Haoxuan), they must confront a new round of choices and challenges.
