Intro： The Empire of Great Qin: Conquests and StrategiesDuring the Eastern Zhou period, there were a century of conflicts, annexations, and upheavals, leading to constant changes in power. By the mid-Warring States period, seven states were vying for dominance. The Qin state, which had once faced near destruction, rapidly rose to prominence under the reforms of Shang Yang, becoming a formidable force in the northwestern plains. Under pressure from conservative factions, the young Qin Huai-wang Ying Si (played by Fu Dalong) was forced to execute Shang Yang, yet he also took a passive stance to suppress the conservatives. With ambitions rivaling those of the Qi and Wei states, Qin Huai-wang made his debut on the international stage amid extremely perilous circumstances while simultaneously eliminating domestic opposition led by Gan Long, paving the way for dominance over the world. Weakened Wei Huai-wang (played by Li Liqun), in an effort to curb the aggressive advance of neighboring states, employed Su Qin's strategy of forming alliances among the six states to isolate Qin.
