Yue Xihong (played by Gu Feng) is the evil leader of the Iron Ship Gang, whose infamous subordinates, the Thirteen Eagles, help him eliminate his opponents. Si Ma Xin (played by Yang Zhiqing) is a respected figure in the martial arts world and, being upright, naturally becomes a thorn in Yue Xihong's side. In the end, Si Ma Xin and his entire family meet their demise at the hands of the Thirteen Eagles. Qi Mingxing (played by Di Long) is a member of the Thirteen Eagles, and having retained a shred of kindness, he can no longer tolerate Yue Xihong's indiscriminate killings of innocents, thus he leaves the gang.
