Therefore, 007 is tasked with investigating the wealthy businessman Zorin (played by Christopher Walken), who is conducting high-tech research. Unexpectedly, his identity is exposed, and 007 is locked in a car that sinks to the bottom of a lake. Fortunately, fate lends a hand, and he manages to escape by a stroke of luck. Subsequently, 007 tracks Zorin to the United States. From a Soviet female spy, he learns that Zorin is planning to blow up a selenium mine located in San Francisco. To stop Zorin's conspiracy from succeeding, 007 begins his mission!
