Fifteen years ago, a traffic accident resulted in a man (played by Anthony Wong) being killed beneath a car. His head was trapped under the vehicle, but his body walked a distance before collapsing. This horrific scene was witnessed by a little girl, leaving her stunned and terrified. Fifteen years later, hairstylist Peter (played by Eason Chan) has a one-night stand with June (played by Shu Qi), but he ends up genuinely falling in love with her. June is a mysterious girl who claims to have the ability to see ghosts, referred to as having 'yin-yang eyes.' Ever since they started dating, strange occurrences have been happening one after another. Peter witnesses various bizarre events, and these supernatural phenomena cause him great distress. Eventually, he becomes suspicious of June and discovers her meeting with someone in a Taoist robe. When June warns him about a headless ghost that wants to take his life, Peter dismisses her as talking nonsense and, in anger, breaks up with her. However, June was right; all the supernatural and eerie happenings stem from that car accident fifteen years ago.
