The gifted gambler Mike (played by Mirosław Błaszczak) relies on meticulous plans to navigate casinos in different identities, until an encounter with a mysterious master during one of his operations leads to enormous gambling debts and being hunted and coerced by the casino to repay them within a time limit. To find the mysterious master, he uses his connections to investigate, learning that there is not just one, but several masters with supernatural powers. He decides to gather this group of individuals and, in his own way, return to the casino to turn the tables and escape the threat. In order to realistically present the storyline, filming took place across Europe to Russia, with special effects showcasing the mysterious world of these superhumans. The gambling scenes were shot in the luxurious Azov-City casino located on the Black Sea coast of Russia. Antonio Banderas plays Gordon, a gambler who conceals his identity as a mysterious businessman and is far more experienced than Mike. Every step taken by Mike and his team is actually being monitored by Gordon, who seems to be the true mastermind behind whether their plan succeeds or fails.
