The leader of the天下会 (天下会), Xiong Ba (played by Chiba Shinichi), seeks to conquer the world and consults the fortune-teller Ni Pusa (played by Li Yaoxiang). Consequently, Xiong Ba orders the search for two children to take as apprentices, ensuring their birth dates align with the prophecy to assist him in his grand ambitions. These children are Nie Feng (played by Zheng Yijian) and Bu Jingyun (played by Guo Fucheng), but unbeknownst to him, both harbor a deep grudge against Xiong Ba. As Feng and Yun grow alongside their senior brother Qin Shuang and Xiong Ba's daughter Kong Ci (played by Yang Gongru), they master exceptional martial arts skills, and the 天下会 nearly dominates the martial world.
