Meanwhile, the leader of a crime gang speculated that Frank might be an undercover agent infiltrating their circle. He approached Seth, a businessman who had regular trade dealings with Frank, and threatened him to spread the word about a hefty bounty for capturing Frank. Soon after, a female officer from GSI was shot for no apparent reason, leading to a deeper mystery surrounding the case.
