Liang Kuan (played by Sean Lau) is a low-level police officer who has often played minor undercover roles. One day, Kuan accompanies his girlfriend Pizza (played by Kwan Hung Mei) to a banquet held by his sister (played by Sandra Ng) for her husband, the big conman Huang Shihu (played by Stephen Chow), during his brief release from prison.
