Helen (played by Carla Juri) is an eighteen-year-old young girl who is naturally unruly and very rebellious, enjoying a unique lifestyle and yearning for a philosophy of freedom. One day, she gets the wild idea to shave her anal hair, but ends up injuring herself, resulting in hemorrhoidal bleeding that forces her to be hospitalized. Hospital life, filled with rules, feels like imprisonment to Helen, but fortunately, there is a male nurse named Robin (played by Christoph Letkowski), who is gentle and polite and captures Helen's affection. However, Robin's heart is already taken by a beautiful female nurse. Of course, free-spirited Helen doesn't care much about that; she uses all her charms to try to seduce Robin. Deep inside Helen, there is a concealed desire that starkly contrasts with her rebellious exterior: she wishes for her divorced parents to reconcile.
