The twins created by the scientists are one perfect human prototype—tall and well-rounded Julius (played by Arnold Schwarzenegger), and the other, a collection of all human flaws—short Vincent (played by Danny DeVito). The brothers were separated at birth; Julius was raised on a small island in the South Sea by scientists, while his brother spent his childhood in an orphanage.
