The story takes place during the Prohibition era, where the illegal trade of alcohol became the best way for gangsters to make money. Dali (played by David Patrick Kelly) and Stoz (played by Ned Eisenberg) are the heads of the Irish and Italian Mafia respectively, and the two gangs are at odds over territory. One day, a mysterious drifter named Smith (played by Bruce Willis) arrives in town. He navigates between Dali and Stoz, quickly amassing a fortune. However, it isn’t long before he finds himself in a crisis, becoming a target for both powerful Mafia leaders who want him eliminated.
