Colors are alive - eroticism is still a constant manipulation in Korean cinema, lowering the intelligence of the police and the main character while granting the villains unfair advantages. Although I dislike the cliché of 'justice overcoming evil', films where the protagonists and police are intellectually challenged are equally unenjoyable. The concepts of parallel universes and moral decay are overstated interpretations; it's a mediocre work. This film tells a touching and beautiful love story. Nurse Yu Chuan comes to the small town of her fiancé (Cai Jia Zongzi) to prepare for their wedding life. Cai Jia's younger brother, known as Xiao Wu, has been weak and sickly since childhood, with an eccentric personality, but he is quite talented and loves painting and seal carving. One day, Yu Chuan accidentally reads Xiao Wu's diary and is deeply moved, leading her to develop feelings for him out of sympathy. However, Xiao Wu doesn't want to destroy his brother's marriage with Yu Chuan, so he leaves home, only to fall ill and die on the way. Yu Chuan gazes at the seal that Xiao Wu carved for her and quietly leaves Cai Jia's small town.
