Bored, she walks around and unwittingly stumbles into the filming of an adult movie. To her horror, what started as adult content turns into a scene of terror when an actress is brutally killed, and the killer captures this bloody moment on camera. Billy calls the police, but when they arrive, they find nothing. The killer insists that frightened Billy mistook a staged act for reality. The situation is far from over; it turns out that the killer is a member of the Russian mafia, specializing in making these kinds of 'realistic' violent films to cater to specific clientele. After the incident subsides, they immediately begin a campaign to silence Billy. Unable to speak, Billy must rely on her intelligence and actions to uncover the truth behind the events.
