Oscar (played by David Bennent) comes from an absurd family. His mother is in love with her cousin, but since close relatives cannot marry, she is forced to marry a businessman. Thus, he decided he would not grow up. When Oscar jumped down from the stairs, a miracle happened: he stopped growing, and he would forever be the height of a three-year-old! Oscar also unexpectedly gained a mysterious ability - a high decibel scream. When he saw his mother with his uncle, he would climb the bell tower and scream, shattering all the glass. When a teacher scolded him, his scream would break the teacher's glasses. Oscar maintained the height of a three-year-old while slowly growing up.
