In a remote forest rarely visited by humans, four young people drifting along the river in a boat are attacked by a deformed man-eating hunter. This cannibal uses bows and traps to hunt them down mercilessly, and only one girl named Alice (played by Janet Montgomery) manages to escape. Almost simultaneously, at the Grafton prison in West Virginia, guard Neat (played by Tom Frederic) and his partner receive a mission: to transfer the Mexican-American inmate Chavez (played by Tamer Hassan) and others to another prison.
