This time, international police officer Chen Jiaju (played by Jackie Chan) is commissioned by the CIA to investigate an international nuclear weapons trafficking group. After recovering, Colonel Grig of the Russian military is dispatched to Australia to pursue Xu Jie's sister Annie (played by Wu Chenjun).
