Marcus (played by Xavier Samuel) and Liss (played by Georgina Haig), along with Greg (played by Bob Morley) and Nina (played by Sophie Lowe), are two couples who set out on a road trip. On a desolate and silent highway, they have a clash with a giant truck, which subsequently causes them to be pushed off the road. Although they narrowly escape, Greg sustains severe fractures and is in critical condition. After some emergency first aid, Marcus temporarily bandages his friend. At this point, they notice that the truck is parked not far away, but the driver is nowhere to be found. Soon, the driver comes at them with a gun, and in a desperate moment, they drive away in the truck, but in a daze, Marcus drives it into a dead-end. He and Liss seek help together, but after a quarrel, they become separated and each faces terrifying experiences on their own. Meanwhile, Greg accidentally opens the back door of the truck, and upon exiting, he seems to have changed in temperament. This giant truck appears to possess unbelievable magic, brutally consuming these four young people...
