Nick (Bobby Campo) takes his girlfriend Lori (Shantel VanSanten) and friends Hunter (Nick Zano) and his girlfriend Janie (Hayley Wistanley) to a racetrack to watch a car race. Suddenly, Nick has a premonition of an accident involving a car that will crash into the crowd, leading to a partial collapse of the grandstand, resulting in the deaths of him and all his friends. In a panic, Nick forces his friends to leave the track, alerting security guard George (Mykelti Williamson) and four other spectators. After escaping death, Nick discovers that survivors are dying in bizarre accidents, while he is inexplicably able to foresee the causes of these deaths. Frightened, Nick and Lori seek help from George, trying to break the cycle and confront death, but will their efforts be effective, and can fate truly be altered?
