The plot is thrilling and terrifying, with interconnected events. High school student Alex Browning (played by Devon Sawa) boards a plane to Paris with 7 classmates. Just before takeoff, he suddenly has a premonition of a horrific scene: the plane will explode in mid-air. Alex is extremely frightened and shouts that the plane is about to have an accident, urging everyone to get off immediately. In the ensuing chaos, he and the other 6 passengers are forced off by the crew. Sadly, Alex's premonition comes true; the plane explodes in the air, and all aboard perish. Everyone who got off the plane is relieved to have escaped death, unaware that the Grim Reaper is still unwilling to let them go. What awaits them are even more terrifying methods of death and an increasingly inescapable fate. Can Alex uncover any secrets from the order of each person's deaths to escape the clutches of death?
