However, the arrival of some 'bad news' makes Rachel unable to stay calm—Darcy is about to marry her boyfriend and has invited Rachel to be her maid of honor, and Darcy's boyfriend is none other than Dex (played by Colin Egglesfield), the man Rachel once had a crush on.
