Self-proclaimed chivalrous robber Parker (played by Jason Statham) leads his gang to rob an amusement park in Ohio, only to be betrayed at the last moment, suffering serious injuries and hanging by a thread. Miraculously escaping death, Parker quickly flees from the hospital, methodically gathering cash and preparing fake documents. To recover the money he believes is rightfully his, he tracks down his former accomplice Melander (played by Michael Chiklis) and others, tailing them all the way. Meanwhile, Melander and his Chicago mob associates realize Parker's whereabouts and intentions and incite hitmen to hunt down this troublesome opponent. A bloody conflict, intertwined with human desires over this unjust fortune, soon unfolds...
