After the massacre in the last episode, Jason and the bodies of ten young people were collected by the police. However, in the hospital, Jason awakens again and kills the night shift medical staff, disappearing without a trace... Paul, Sarah (played by Barbara Howard), and four other young people rent a wooden cabin in the woods for vacation. Next to the cabin live Tommy, his sister Lise, and their mother. Paul and the others swim in Crystal Lake, completely unaware of the bloody story that unfolded here. Tommy and Lise meet a young man named Rob (played by Erich Anderson), who claims to be a bear hunter, after their car breaks down. Rob visits Tommy's family and then sets up camp in the forest. As night falls, Sarah and the new girl they met celebrate in the cabin, while Jason returns as usual to begin his night of hunting. When Tommy and Lise discover their mother is missing, they search for her and run into Rob again. It turns out Rob's sister was killed by Jason, and he has deliberately stationed himself in the lake area, looking for a chance to take revenge on Jason...
