The family-owned large enterprise, the Ichinomiya Group, plans to develop a vast area of land near the Arakawa River into a high-end residential district. Aki is full of confidence, but upon arriving at the Arakawa River, he is robbed by three oddly dressed individuals, and his pants are thrown onto the bridge.
