The story takes place in the relaxed and lenient environment of Nanamori Middle School. To pass the boring after-school hours, the innocent and carefree girl Akizora Akari (voiced by Miku Itou) teams up with her childhood friend Saina Kyoko (voiced by Yuka Ootsubo) and Funami Yui (voiced by Minami Tsuda) to form an activity club called the "Entertainment Club" using the long-abandoned Tea Ceremony Club. Soon after, a seemingly kind but secretly cunning girl, Yoshikawa Chinatsu (voiced by Rumi Okubo), accidentally joins them, and thus, this makeshift group's four members are established. In this club that has not formally applied for recognition, joyful and hilarious daily events unfold, but it isn't long before the existence of the Entertainment Club is discovered by the Student Council. As the vice president, Sugiura Ayano (voiced by Saki Fujita) cannot just stand by and watch, leading to an intense cat-and-mouse game between the Entertainment Club and the Student Council.
