Intro： Undesirable personBully and villain Jian (played by Wong Tze Wah) is the boss of a street in Guangzhou. Although he is uneducated, he relies on his cunning mind to gather a group of ruffians and terrorize the area for many years. One day, while he flaunts himself with the title of 'defeating the Ten Tigers of Guangdong's Huang Qiying,' he is seen by Huang Feihong (played by Lam Kar Wah), who has just arrived in Guangzhou. To help his father save face, Feihong teaches Jian a lesson, leaving Jian humiliated. Following this, Jian, in order to regain his dignity, steals the ancestral tablet of Feihong's father, Huang Qiying, and uses it as a shield to threaten Feihong in a subsequent challenge, ultimately defeating him and venting his anger, while Feihong is regarded as a coward by the crowd. The head of the police department believes that a 'house of old ladies' on the street is blocking his career, so he seeks Jian's help to reclaim the house. The owner of the house is Ah Cui (played by Yip Tung), who has just returned from Nanyang and bought it to provide for a group of elderly ladies. Jian tries every trick in the book to outwit Ah Cui and obtain the property deed, but fails. So, a wicked plan is hatched.
