After completing his final mission, he hopes to land a desk job he has always dreamed of, but the target of this mission is Kaz (played by Wesley Snipes), the drug dealer who once saved his life. Tango finds himself in a moral dilemma. Unexpectedly, fate brings these three desperate individuals to the same point.
