Intro： The City of Mystery (Cantonese Version)Former police officer Tian Min (played by Louis Koo) runs a small bar in the extravagant city of Hong Kong. After closing, a drunken Xiao Yun is unable to drive, so reluctantly, Tian Min takes her to rest at his godmother's house. She discovers that the car keys are missing but is too afraid to go back home to get them. Tian Min senses that Xiao Yun is hiding many secrets, while Shao Cong seems attracted to her and is willing to help. However, just as they are retrieving the car, a group of fugitives rushes out and abducts Xiao Yun. The two brothers engage in a fierce battle with the assailants, giving Xiao Yun a chance to escape. After the incident, Tian Min's bar is harassed by gang members, and Shao Cong's taxi is maliciously vandalized, even leading to a violent attack by the Taiwanese gang. The two gradually realize that they have been caught up in a struggle involving huge sums of dirty money, and they can only fight back desperately.
