To cope with the ever-evolving aliens, Gu Rui cultivates his magical powers under the guidance of Xue Qing and successfully tames four powerful aides: Qinglong, Baihu, Zhuque, and Xuanwu. As events unfold, Gu Rui discovers that his most troublesome enemy is not Count E, but rather the person he trusts the most... Gu Rui devises a plan to use this to eliminate Count E and save those around him, but unexpectedly finds himself trapped in a deadlock... Gu Rui is caught in a dilemma, and at the crucial moment, Xue Qing sacrifices the last bit of spiritual energy to save him... Count E suffers heavy losses and temporarily retreats, but he is not despondent, for his 'seed' has already been planted in Gu Rui's fiancée — Qian Baiyin's body, and when the time is right, he can reappear before the world.
