Wesley (Andy Lau) is a special member of the United Nations Alien Lifeform Analysis Bureau, responsible for handling all extraterrestrial-related incidents on Earth. During a visit to an antique shop to see a strange blue 'human bone,' Wesley encounters Fang Tianya (Guan Zhiling), an alien whose appearance is indistinguishable from that of an ordinary beauty but has blue blood, with whom he had a fleeting encounter in his youth. When he tries to keep her from leaving, she disappears.Nearby the antique shop, an extraterrestrial assault incident occurs. The FBI's alien investigation agency receives orders from higher-ups to send elite siblings Bai Su (Shu Qi) and Bai Qiwei (Zhang Yaoyang) to the scene to investigate.
