The police believe he has mental issues and call in a doctor, who identifies the pills as medication used to suppress the abilities of psychics. However, this new prisoner uses his psychic abilities to control the minds of the officers and kills them. The psychic escapes in a patrol car. When Officer Sam learns of this, he immediately realizes who is responsible for the corpses on the train. He begins a full-on assault to capture this lawless psychic.
