A series of unusual weather events around Washington D.C. brings two estranged brothers back together, whose father was a once-renowned climate scientist. One of them suspects that their father is orchestrating these events behind the scenes, and upon further investigation, they discover that all of their father's enemies have died — victims of the strange weather incidents. Soon, their suspicions are confirmed when their father hijacks radio and television broadcasts to deliver a message: unless a senator who canceled a Defense Department contract is handed over, Washington D.C. will face consequences. As the brothers race to devise a plan to defeat their father, he unleashes a variety of evil weather weapons on the Smithsonian Museum, the Jefferson Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, and the National Mall!
