In China, Ryu Mu-jung (played by Lee Jung-jae), a captain of the Korean provisional government's secret police, frees the death-row Independence Army sniper An Woo-yun (played by Jeon Ji-hyun) from prison. He then recruits demolition expert Hwang Deok-sam (played by Choi Deok-won) and 'Rapid-Fire Cannon' graduate from the new military academy, Choi Sang-wok (played by Jo Jin-woong), commissioning the three to assassinate the commander of the Korean troops and the traitors in their own country. The dangerous operation begins, but the Japanese soon receive intelligence about the assassination mission.
